P2P processing is not a bank job and not classic acquiring. The merchant's customer pays from their UPI or bank. Rupees land on the trader's account. The platform records the order and the confirmation.
Pay-in — the customer sends you INR. You sell your USDT to the desk at +4% to the market. You earn in rupees. Pay-out — you send INR to the customer and earn 1% in USDT.
Most Indian online deposits start on a phone: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, IMPS, bank transfer. Classic acquiring is unavailable for some verticals or kills conversion. P2P closes that gap.
Atlas Pay is the desk: Game/Bet traffic, a panel and confirmation automation. You don't hunt for a merchant and you don't catch every payment by hand.
Working Indian accounts (P2P with UPI or P2C), working capital, a device for automation and a schedule in IST. Experience is required. Plus discipline: limits, warm-up, amounts matching to the rupee.
Solo traders, team leads and providers with infrastructure. Those are the three roles on the traders page. If you don't process yourself but know such people — the partner program pays 0.3% of level-1 pay-in and 0.1% of level-2.
