Pay-in, pay-out and UPI / IMPS

An Indian deposit almost always starts in the phone. The trader’s job is to take it on their account and send the desk a confirm. The desk’s job is not to lose the order on the way.
Rails we work with
UPI is the main loop: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Airtel and bank apps. IMPS is instant bank transfer. Then NEFT and a plain bank transfer. For a trader these are not “logos on a landing page” — they are different limits, credit speed and amount-error risk.
Path of one pay-in
- The merchant’s customer hits “deposit” and gets a rail from the Atlas Pay book.
- Pays from their UPI or bank.
- Money lands on the trader’s account.
- Automation or the trader confirms if the amount matches to the rupee.
- The merchant sees a successful deposit. The trader keeps INR income: USDT sold at +4%.
If the amount does not match — do not confirm. Open an appeal and attach a statement. Confirming “almost that” is the most expensive mistake in this job.
Pay-out
The reverse: the customer withdraws, the trader sends rupees from their account. Rate 1%, income in USDT. Pay-out unloads piled INR. Most volume still comes from pay-in.
Where the money is
Pay-in does not “convert a pile of rupees into a USDT salary”. You sell your USDT to the desk and keep the rupees. Pay-out already pays in USDT. 105–108 vs Binance is the guide rate for working USDT and for pay-out conversion.
