Cyber and chargeback — compensated on Atlas

A player pays, loses, then goes to the police or their bank. That can freeze a rail. On Atlas this is compensated. Dirty confirms are still on you.

Cyber is a police / cybercrime complaint after a player paid. In plain words: they deposited on the merchant side, lost the money, then filed. The bank can freeze the account. It is largely random and usually tracks the merchant’s players, not your UPI ID.

Chargeback is the player pulling the payment back through their bank after the deposit. Same pattern, different door.

What Atlas does

Chargebacks and cyber complaints are compensated. The share is small. Exact terms are written at onboarding — not invented in a night chat after a freeze.

What still kills a rail

Confirming money that is not on the account. Confirming order A with order B’s credit. Confirming from a screenshot. Those are not “cyber”. Those are your confirm. The desk sees conversion and appeals. Volume follows that. See why traffic drops.

What to keep for a dispute

  • Panel order ID, amount, rail, status.
  • UTR from your own bank, not from a payer chat.
  • Timestamp that matches this order.

Reconciliation means panel and bank line match to the rupee. If they do not, leave pending and write the desk.
